average utilities and water in suffolk (appliances, how much, house)

hi, im looking into this 5 br, 2 bath house and want to know roughly how much the utilities and water will cost. The fuel is primarily gas.

I think this is a pretty broad question... it obviously depends on usage and that changes from house to house..

it is, but like i said, just a rough estimate...we're a family of 7, 2 adults and 5 kids...we're moving in with barely nothing, we'll have to buy furniture, appliances etc as we go. some people have told me $200-$250 for lipa and about $80 for water bill. Im just looking for estimates from other residents.

VERY ROUGH, Based on my household and pulled up for larger area.

Pool, CAC, etc your probably going to spend around 200-250/mo in the summer for electricity.
Water, maybe 15/mo.
Gas will depend on what your used to, but I think the average fuel cost is about 1500-3000/yr for heating.
