I was wondering since I cannot find any info, can I keep fowl in mastic beach? If not, a number I can call to find out would help. Thanks.

The Town of Brookhaven allows you to have up to 6 chickens without a permit. There are a few regular posters who have them..and I plan to go down that road in the spring. You can do a search for it on the LI boards.

brookhaven.org is the town website

And you may have opened yourself up to a few Mastic Beach/Fowl (foul) jokes...:-)

Now that Mastic Beach has incorporated and is a village, you should check with the newly elected village clerk of the Village of Mastic Beach.
