Football stadium being built at Cedar Creek Park?? (Seaford: maintenance, yard)

I see a big football stadium replete with bleacher seating and large electronic scoreboard being built in the southeast corner of Cedar Creek Park in Seaford. Anyone know what level of play this will be used for?

And how is it the county has money for this when the park itself could use a good cleanup and maintenance. The sledding hills are filled with beer cans and broken glass and the picnic tables and benches are broken and vandalized.

I heard it's going to be the site of the Canada Geese (Toilet) Bowl.

thats what my high powered pellet rifle is for. already got 5 this season. no more canadian waste in my backyard!
