Hi, I have noticed that on several listings in Syosset (particularly Muttontown), it says "taxes don't reflect star savings of 1310.20". Can someone please tell me what that means. Is it some kind of tax rebate & if so, is it monthly or annual? Thanks.

It's a tax reduction program. That figure is what the current homeowner receives as a reduction.

star rebate is an annual rebate.

It's not a rebate. Money is returned to you on a rebate.

The numbers on the Nassau County website are outdated.

Currently there is an income maximum plus the Senior STAR limit has increased. See details on the NYS website:
