What street is the house you are looking to buy if you don't mind me asking. Islip has a nice downtown area with many places to eat, shop, grab a beer ect...BTW poppy's luncheonette is a great place for breakfast. Check out Dean's seafood in Islip, they have great fresh fish.
lubby do you know what happened to Bayberry Cafe on Main St? One day I passed and it was gone and now alot of work is going on there.

Since I have lived here that place has been three different restaurants. Never ate at any of them. I hope the restaurant that is replacing Bayberry is giid because that place was horrible.

How about that cafe that used to be Adrianne's Bridal Salon location between the bank and post office (I think that was one of the original buildings that stood there, maybeI am wrong).

That's changed hands many times as well.

Islip is a nice town. It's not the same as it was 20 years ago but still okay.
