Troy was originally from Amityville. He also shot his girlfriend in the head in 1994 and served very little jail time because he was having a baby with the victim.

apparently he was locked up for much of the last 20 years under a different name.

I cant rememeber the whole story but he inpregnated a girl from massapequa and he was fooling around with her partents gun and he shot her. the family didnt want to press charges becase he was the babys father.i guess a few months later he commited the robbery that resulted in murder.
