I go to the Wine Guy in Smithtown too - though I have gone to the Bottles and bargins as well - but its a bit out of my way, but would stop in there if I had a party to set up for over in that direction.

Bottles and Cases in Huntington have excellent prices. If you're looking for something unusual, they may not stock it though...
They also have several promotions throughout the year (if you have their "member card") which they post via email. Just recently it was $5 off any $25 purchase. Turned out they had a special on my favorite wine as well, so it was a double win for me

I second Bottles and Cases... You can't beat their prices on Pindar wines. I find they can be $10-20 cheaper on bottles of top shelf liquor as well (although, I don't buy the hard stuff that often any more ).
