;restaurants are abandoned and great; Park is nice. Looking at trulia, rent stock is really low. Hopefully it will increase by summer. Dix hills Jewish center might provide transportation so that is an option. I loved the look of center port/northport but we did not get to checkout any preschools there. I am sure this was just one out of many trips that we would need to make to get a a feel for the area.
