I'm trying to figure out if it's just very common this time of year or if one of my kids is just super sensitive. We vacuum once a week and even sleeping in the same bed, one would have it and one doesn't every morning they wake up.

Hayfever season. Lots of allergies this time of year especially to ragweed.

Ragweed season -- as NSHL10 has pointed out. Also molds as things start dropping, dying, and decaying.
A trip to the allergist for testing might be very helpful as sometimes the sniffles aren't the only symptom. The child might not sleep as well, which could lead to concentration problems in school.

One of my twins has been sniffling for like 2 weeks now while the other one is seemingly fine. Mold is very high right now where I am so yeah, probably allergies.

Hope he/she feels better soon.

Did they get vaccinations? I heard vaccinations cause "the sniffles," one of the hallmarks of autism.

Allergies are out in full force but just be aware that conjunctivitis in schools is very high this year.
