Oh, and any positive from the 50's is a result of massive government stimulus spending (gi bill, wap jobs bills) and effective (ie the real #, not the advertised rate of 91%) taxes on the wealthy at 70%. Try that now and watch the deficit and debt disappear!!

The whole enterprise of sussing out who “won’ a given debate is rather silly, because everyone’s definition of what constitutes winning is radically different, context-dependent and subject to confirmation bias.
