Should I buy a house that was remodeled after fire damage (inspector, plumbing)

The house has been completed remodeled that includes new plumbing, electric, wiring, burner, roof, siding, etc. Sealant was used on all visible joists in the basement to hide the smell (I presume) but is structurally sound and much of the sill plates were replaced. I already had an inspection done and thinks things were done "right". Should I still buy? Do you think this is worth renegotiating more money off? Resale value?

My sister's house burned down many years ago - like 35 years ago....she never had any issues with after it was re-built. She sold it about 20 years later and never had any issues with it in that time. If you've had an inspection I would not be concerned.
PS Her house is back on the market, she heard....maybe you're looking at it LOL.
Did you just find out about this? If you knew about the fire damage before you made your offer and the inspector found no problems there is no basis to renegotiate.
