A reply in another L.I. thread (thanks ydsavaged) made me smile and got me to thinking about some of the old posters. I will start it off with the one that ydsavaged started my thinking and add only one of my own, I know many that I still think about. Add your fond memories of threads that were fun.

Fantastic idea for a thread, and thanks for the shout out! Glad I could spark this interest. Basically every thread back then revolved around/turned into a battle of Rocky Point Vs other towns, but there are tons of gems that come to mind. I'd have to do some digging, but here's one where GPS and I really went off the rails:
I haven't been here that long, but that 'martinx' person that spouted all kinds of stuff then freaked out when they realized they didn't have the power to delete it all! Hahaha!!
