He is. I had a nice conversation with him many years ago when I was rowing in Lloyd Harbor.
Mick Foley is another really nice guy, and I had the chance to hang out with him a few times.

Is it me or are most celebs from Long Island douche bags in general? We should have a thread about which famous celeb from Long Island is not a douche bag.
From what I saw about five years ago she hires 3 of them. She had an entire entourage walking around with her going from a store to her car. She married some ultra millionaire after Billy Joel I think so. I'm out there with my wife and kids and her boys start trying to clear the sidewalk like she's the Beatles coming out of JFK or something. A lot of people were giving them f-offs including me.

I forgot about Mick Foley, he used to work out in Gold's Gym where I used to go.

He took his pets to the vet where my friend worked when we were in HS, and she said he was totally nice and normal.

I almost bought in the Three Village Club when Dee had a house there and neighbors had nice things to say about him.

Taught Jeffrey Tambor’s kids piano, Gabriel and Evie, about 4 years ago; Jeffrey was at my house with them on most Tuesdays and Fridays when they lived in Lloyd Harbor. In Heckscher Park in the Village, Annette Bening was walking around the pond - we had a short discussion about the flowers. This was about a half dozen years ago.

My son went to Ward Melville HS with Dee’s kids. Probably doesn’t count.

Close enough, I guess....my sister went to HS with Harry Chapin's daughter.

A couple of my siblings and myself graduated with a Kissinger (Henry's nephews).
