I'd prefer he got abducted, tied to a tree, doused with gas and set on fire but that's really being way too optimistic.

dang, i'm pretty sure I knew that defense attorney growing up in Huntington. Such a sad case. They didn't want him so why not return him to mom?

Child support and pure evilness, imho.

Assuming he gets sent to a maximum security prison being a cop and child murderer he will be lucky if he lasts 6 months.

The judge who allowed this tragedy to happen needs to be outed and put on the front page of every publication & website available. He denied custody to the mom but allowed visitation which Valva refused to comply with. He ultimately got the backing of the court in some way. The divorce proceedings took place in Nassau County, not Suffolk where this little boy was killed.

It’s a she. There is already a petition for her resignation and disbarment that has thousands of signatures.

A little digging found the reason the mom has been ignored during the custody fight. (divorce still not final). That SOB Valva initiated the divorce (with an attorney)& she was/is representing herself, pro se. He probably convinced her that is the only way it works. Just stunning.

Nassau County Supreme Court Index # 0203503/2015

Judge: JOSEPH H. LORINTZ
Previous Judge: HOPE SCHWARTZ ZIMMERMAN

Apparently the CPS issues were dealt with separately in Suffolk County.
