That was a nice time.
Actually I remember very opinionated political discussions amongst my relatives many decades ago. The problem now is people spew those opinions to people all over social media, and some people carry that mentality over into day to day life where it used to be inappropriate. Especially with my more militant older relatives, they absolutely cannot wait to start talking about how much they love Trump to anyone who will listen. It's like they live for it. It's pretty sad this con man has excited so many people for so many bad reasons.

I remember a time when elected officials didn’t degrade their political rivals and colleagues on a daily basis. I remember a time when a politician would be unelectable and black balled for even intimating he was “god-like”. Now the fanboys lap it up and use it as ammunition to degrade their friends and family. It’s gotten way worse in the last 4 years.

They sell the store brand for that in my new locale. There were also coupons over the summer lowering the price to $1.99.

Not sure anymore what you're paying back on LI, but various things are much cheaper once you get out. Some things cost the same.

The ice cream shop owner is a gentleman of color. He did not hang the banner. The building owner hung the banner, and the ice cream shop owner is supportive of it.

Hung the banner in violation of local signage laws
