I was bothered that I canceled it, they came hours later and did absolutely nothing, still put the claim through and it was in my record when I took car3 of it myself.

don't forget to an insurer who is evaluating you , when you use road side assistance .

to many battery jumps or issues says to them you are driving an ill maintained car ... locked your keys in the car or ran out of gas ? irresponsible driver .

so i never use insurance company sponsored road side assistance or you need to ask if they report it to clue

No , there is no law but if you ask they do tell you ..usually you can google it too
