Oh yeah, it’s ridiculous. Unless you have a solid defense then just don’t bother, you’ll just waste a bunch of time and be found guilty anyway.

It only pays if you are just over the point where let’s say you are jumping from 3 to 6 points ..you can argue radar accuracy or calibration and maybe get the lower points
