I am searching daycares for my 2 year old. Any review of Kiddie Academy Little Neck v. Kiddie Academy Floral Park? Any other recommendations?

My 2 friends are sending their kids to Kiddie Academy in Floral Park - they both really like it. It was open during the lockdown, which allowed them to all work from home. Can't compare to the little neck one.

I think they said, their group has only 5 kids in the total class for the three's.

I did a virtual tour of this place and just wasn't very impressed.

How long ago was it? I wouldn't use them now.

The last one finished out in 2017 and his parents were pleased. They had other kids that had gone through while they worked Good point though, things can change in that amount of time.

Any suggestions on daycares that you would use now?

I was using Temple Sinai in Roslyn Heights - my wife pulled my kid out due to Covid. They partnered up with Bright Horizons last year and just setup the program. I personally loved it for my 2 year old, the teachers were great and there wasn't a crazy wait list to get in. It was 3 teachers to a Two's class of 10. They were all very patient and worked with my child for a month to get him comfortable.

They have security guards, parking or drive up pick up and drop off - very secure. They also have a huge outdoor playground and huge indoor space when it gets cold out. Def worth checking out if you are willing to drive east.

The ones I know are in Plainview and that's probably too far. Temple Sinai used to have a very good program (uggs recommended it) but I don't know how it is now.
