Wow, weird tangent much? Maybe they just want a yard and driveway. I know LI suddenly thinks it's hot snot because some wealthy city dwellers are flocking but let's be real, it ain't for the inclusion. It's because they are in an overpriced coop or condo and don't want to ride the covid elevator. They want space and are wiling to pay.
