Is this an electrical inspection? Does TONH even perform them, or accept the third party electrical inspection certificate (Board of Fire Underwriters) as a rule?

No they require that you pay a separate fee to the Electrical inspector who needs to photo document the before and after. Then you get to wait days if not months, for the TNH inspector to come and look the project over yet again. Beyond absurd.
