Teachers: this job would be great if it weren’t for these germy whiny little kids!

Hochul lifting indoor mask mandates for businesses but continuing for school kids because "science". This is child abuse. Children so far have proven to be the least vulnerable population for COVID, but the most detrimentally affected by all these useless mandates.

Meanwhile a bunch of other liberal Dem run states are lifting their school mask mandates. This is personal for her, she's furious that blakeman called her out, then a judge dared to question her authority outside of the legislature as a result of that parental lawsuit. If she allows school masks now it will look like she's backing down. All political....pathetic. My guess is she will finally cave in a few weeks using statistics as an excuse (but in reality the political pressure is becoming too much).

Hey Hochul: Good job making this life long Dem decide that they will vote GOP in the next Gubernatorial!!

Even for a sad Trump boot licker like Zeldin. You need a statement sent to you. I calmly and rationally asked you to stop the mandate being imposed on kids. You decided clinging to your political power is more important. Even if it is for "only" 2 weeks longer, that is 2 weeks too much.

Enjoy your short time in office.

I agree. She is floating some dingbat verbiage that the more the kids are vaccinated the more likely it is she can lift the school mask rule.

She thinks we still don't know that vaccinated kids (and unvaccinated kids) are regularly infected, spread the vax, and recover. (So her dingbat linkage is especially dingbatty)

She personifies one reason why her party is generally despised by the regular folks.

Literally everyone at this point knows that the vaccines do not in any way stop the spread of Covid. Her logic makes zero sense as usual.

I wish that were true but there are still a significant percentage of Covidians in NY and other bughives that believe we’re one lockdown away from “crushing the virus” once and for all. They don’t know what we know (and have known, for over a year) because they only know what the corporate press tells them.

That’s the thing though even the corporate media and Fauci was forced to admit it. They shifted from “vaccines stop the spread” to “vaccines will lessen severe symptoms”. Even they couldn’t keep up that charade anymore when it was obvious to anyone with a pair of eyes and a brain the vax did virtually nothing to stop omricon from spreading like wildfire.

The suckers who bought the Fauci whoppers are probably very confused that the triple-vaxxed Prince Charles just caught Covid…for the second time.

The Prince of Wales, who is self-isolating after testing positive for Covid-19, met the Queen two days ago in Windsor, a royal source says.
They say the monarch is not showing any symptoms of coronavirus.
Prince Charles tested positive on Thursday morning - it is the second time he has contracted the virus.
The 73-year-old heir to the throne last caught the virus in March 2020, when he reported only mild symptoms.
Clarence House confirmed he was now triple vaccinated, but would not give any detail on whether he was experiencing coronavirus symptoms this time.

That article is a month old, a lot has changed in political science (but not medical science) since then. And they're not admitting any wrongdoing. In fact, they're trying to gaslight us into believing that the lockdowns, closures, masking, etc. WORKED when in fact none of it had any effect whatsoever. The vaccines worked for a short period of time, but have since failed. This is mostly to save face, since they don't want to admit they were wrong.

But they also want to leave their options open. If they admit masking does nothing, they won't be able to make us wear them again after the elections. If they admit the vaccines didn't prevent transmission and have a quickly waning effectiveness, they can't force us to take mRNA vaccines developed down the line. Tyrants hate to give up their powers.
