I have a year old dog and she was born with her knee joint falling out and not going back. Four vets said she needs surgery. Never had to do this search. Taking a chance someone one here knows somebody good.

No basis for comparison but did hear Gold Coast in or near Huntington was excellent.

I got a few recommendations from vet. Gold Coast was one of them. She gave me three.

OMG, the Animal Surgical Center in East Meadow, and particularly Dr. Infernuso, is AMAZING. My vet uses him for his own dogs, and I've used him for my cat. Read their Google reviews. 5 stars. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Stay away from li vet specialist in Plainview.
That place should be shut down. A huge red flag is a vet that has a lawyer on speed dial to deal with there complaints from it's customers and the state .
You have been warned !

Yes, better they die than go to one of the few 24 emergency vets in the region cause they may have a malpractice attorney on the payroll. Not like they deal in emergencies or anything. . That's 2 facepalms in a row today.

They saved a dog and a cat of mine and lovingly helped euthanize one over the years. But they ain't cheap, as though any vet is, particularly one specific to 24/7 urgent care.

The owner Mr M and his crew have a stack of complaints with the state. People aren't filing them because he is a genius that's for damm sure!
