Hello everyone, I need advice! I found two houses to buy that I like, one in Mineola near East Williston Station with School Distrct N. 10, Mineola, the other in Franklin Square School District, Franklin Square / 17. Could you please advice me which of these two places would be more recommendable?? I look for a nice, safe place to live plus a good commute to NYC. Thank you very much!

Both areas are safe, middle class areas. SD 17 might be a little better choice than Mineola, but Mineola has a better commute to NYC via LIRR.

Mineola as a whole has more restaurants and shopping than Franklin Square.

Maybe just pick the better value home?
