Syosset??

Nice area, most of what is on the market there is new/newer construction. Many of the older homes have been bought by contractors and sold for quite the profit! There are a handful of the older homes available, but mostly colonials built within the last few years. You are close enough to main roads, but nestled in a pretty development.

The schools are South Grove Elementary, H B Thompson Middle School and Syosset High School.
