Leased a Nissan there almost three years ago. No issues though I walked in with a price I had from another dealer that fell through. They tried to say they couldn't do it but it was the end of June and I was ready to walk so they did it for the price I had already negotiated. I had a very short experience with them but I thought they (the guys I dealt with) were nice and professional. no experience with the pre-owned part.
