Even if they called, I would still call and find out if they are contracted. This guy just took it upon himself to either come over or someone messed up the scheduling and never called my parents.

But instead of him getting on the horn to his bosses and trying to sort it out (what if he had the wrong address), he became forceful and nasty and started yelling that he wanted to get into the house to do the job. This made us very suspicious. Had he not left, I would have called the police.
