Im watching a news piece on ktla about baldwin hills. Its south of L.A. & 80% black. It looks like a nice city in a great location with a nice view of the L.A. skyline & hollywood sign.

Anyone live in baldwin hills ?

It's not a city. It's often referred to as "the black Beverly Hills." That should give you an idea of the quality of life there. My dad grew up in the Windsor Hills section, and I'd live in that house without hesitation.

For Latinos, there is no "back". They're the newest ethnicity to inhabit the Hills.
