Also try trulia.com and sometimes you can find rentals on realtor.com. I also know a realtor if you need one.

I ended up selling my w/d because my place had no w/d connection. Ugh! But, luckily the laundry facility is on the premises right by the garage and so far I haven't had a problem with getting my laundry done. Good luck with your move!

One thing to consider is just using a fluff and fold laundry service...you might find the cost effectiveness of outsourcing your laundry to be comparable to the premium attached to a unit with a W/D or a hookup+cost of buying washer/dryer.

Like, if it costs you an extra 100 or 150 a month for a W/D in unit, probably cheaper to just outsource the laundry, especially if you add in the price for coins.
