If the issue is number of blacks then Ladera Heights is worse then Compton, Inglewwod, and Compton together!

...Which would be kind of curious, even paranoic, since blacks only comprise approximately 12% of the national population, yet they seem to be such a dreaded people among so many 'educated' circles. smh....
