I moved to a new house with an apartment complex across the alley.
I found 30 trash bins placed on the alley (against my house's side wall) every days of the week.
30 trash bins sting bad. I have a pool just behind the wall.
I talked to the manager to move trash bins without any result.
What can I do?
I wish the trash bins removed from my side before spring. 30 trash bins will be really bad in summer.
Thank you for your advise.

First, you need to find out if the alleyway is public (city-owned & maintained) or private (under joint control of the adjacent property owners). Either way, address your concerns to the city in which you live. They are generally city ordinances regarding refuse containers and their manner of storage.
