Hi I am currently living in TO and like the area but am having a hard time finding a rental I like. I work from home so can be flexible in location but like to be a close drive to things like shopping. I am not into night life and am in my mid 30's. Can you give me feedback on how the areas compare? Also any other areas to think of and any suggestions of nice apartments that are safe and quiet yet close drive to shopping. Thank you

WC is hotter in summer. Maybe a few more middle eastern immigrants. WC and the valley in general seems more crowded and dense. WC and the valley in general is more diverse and has restaurants and shopping to match the diversity.

TO has a little bit more rustic heritage. Feels a little more spread out. A lot more newer planned communities. TO is pretty big too extending from Agoura Hills and Westlake Village to the Conejo Grade in the west and the Moorpark in the north.
