Are there many apartments on the West side or from Calabasas to Thousand Oaks that do 6 or 9 month leases?

generally, you;re going to pay extremely high rent for short term leases in desirable areas. they tend to be corporate, high end buidlings that are already expensive. the mom and pop landlords almost never do short leases.
