Been to Atlanta, it reminded me of LA in many ways. I liked what little I saw.

Atlanta has been a huge mecca for black's in many years and is the number one city for black entrepreneurs. LA and and many cities on the north east are losing blacks to Atlanta.

Hahaha good luck with that. If you consider MACON to be Metro Atlanta...

Hahaha...Isn't that basically like saying there is only one direction to buy a home in the Atlanta metro area? North?

Man, that's a sad, sad state of affairs right there...I personally detest Atlanta. Unrelenting traffic for nowhere near the draw that Los Angeles is. Cost of living and for rent through the roof, but only in the places you'd actually want to live. If living in Carroll County is your idea of Atlanta, then yeah, homes are cheap. Of course, then you are basically in my lovely state, Alabammy....Take a pass on it, and stay in California.
