Northwest Pasadena is home to multiple gangs, but none more infamous than the Pasadena Denver Lanes (part of the Bloods gang; they also have another set in South Los Angeles, the Denver Lane Bloods). Estimated at around 400 members, members of this gang were involved in one of the most heinous crimes in Pasadena (and probably American) history, the Halloween massacre where three innocent boys were gunned down due to mistaken identity.

There is no garantee the area will improve.

And when you live close to a school you have school concerns, and a HS to boot.

A cop and the mailman say no, only a fool would buy.

Why does a middle aged couple who have no kids need a house anyway? Buy a condo in a better area.
