Hello, I'm 30 single asian male, I do freelance so I'm open to locations. What area will you buy with a 325k budget? I would like to hear some pros and cons. Thank you!

How about you put in some effort first? Go on RedFin, look at what $325K buys you in L.A., then point us to a few choices and ask if those are good places. Enough of this "make a life decision for me" threads, FFS.

Exactly, it amazes me today with all this information at our fingertips how people can be so lazy.

My favorite one was the guy who was living in Hollywood and was asking about what it's like to live in Studio City.....LOL....for Christ's sake get in the car and drive over the hill.

I love the SGV! For $325K you should find a decent (but small) condo in Pasadena, Alhambra, Arcadia, etc... the Asian population (especially Chinese) is very large as well.

No. He's saying prices are so high in Pasadena that north of the 210 is the only place you can find a place on your budget.
