As gasoline cars will be banned in 2035 in California, the nuclear station should start pumping electricity as fast as possible.
And without San Onofre (CLOSED AND HAS SPENT FUEL RODS) and plants like the one by Avila Beach, where will we get this extra power to be able to produce enough electricity. California is pushing us over the edge.

You are just an alarmist. Uncle Joe is going to build enough windmills and solar panels to replace all the nasty old nuclear, gas, coal and hydroelectric sources.

San Clemente is not all that nice just fyi. Old city, lots of ghetto areas.
Only thing I like about San Clemente is their DMV office.

Many people have West European faces.

Ha, their DMV is the best! There is another office closer to us but we prefer San Clemente whenever possible.

LOL...I've been wondering that for years. People don't understand that even if we covered half of CA with solar panels and windmills, they still would not provide enough energy for the more than 40 million residents living here.

Watch this for a good laugh:

Yes. It was founded by Heinrich von Doenitz, from Hamburger, Germany. And 'San Clemente' means 'Saint Clemente' in German (Dutch too).

I am pretty sure, it is San Clemente but if you are thinking about buying any property here then you must have deep pockets.
