Hello,

While watching a recent episode of Flip or Flop on HGTV, one of the shots that they cut to before or after coming back from commercial break is the attached picture.

Does anyone know what area (street) this is from in LA or OC? I'm curious about real estate prices in this area.

Thanks in advance!

Flip or Flop is almost always Orange County.
This is far south county because of the hills. Definitely south of Newport.

That's San Clemente. The main street is Avenida del Mar and the pier is just out of view behind the hills.

Bring money because real estate starts at $1 million for a shack.

It's very close to the nuclear power station in San Onofre.
As gasoline cars will be banned in 2035 in California, the nuclear station should start pumping electricity as fast as possible.

You know it was decommissioned in 2013, right?
