I remember about 13 or so yrs back it rained in june & july. I do hate the fact that it rarely rains in so.ca from may-oct. I miss the cool summer rains that i experienced in western penna many yrs ago. The climate here inland during late spring, summer & early fall is generally hot/dry/sunny & hazy. L.A. is cooler cause its closer to the ocean & they get the ocean breezes. Santa Monica is nice in the summer. Once in mid july my cousin was visiting from penna. It was 100 degrees in the inland empire & we drove to santa monica & it was cloudy & only 60 degrees. I remember looking at the clock/temp thingy off the beach. I was smart to pack our hoodies in my car just incase cause we wore them. It was chilly ! My cousin was quite surprised & he sure liked the scenery as well.
