Hi, anyone know any neighborhoods near Hollywood/Los Feliz that get into the Halloween spirit? Even not far in the Valley would be ok. I remember a yard in Studio City/Sherman Oaks that used to be great. Want to do something Halloween-ish on Friday besides the theme park/haunt thing.

Thanks!

Halloween. What a weird celebration.
I never understood the relevance or the purpose of goblins, witches, howling dogs and ghosts.

That's my thoughts on Xmas. Another mythical holiday. At least Halloween allows the participant some individual freedom.
"Weird" would be an overweight man who has a shop out in Bfe where he makes enough toys for 2 billion kids. Then he flies around on a sled led by Deer. Then he gets his tubby arse down 2 billion chimneys and consumes the average of 4 billions cookies all of this in about an 8 hour period. All in the name of this being that I (and most others) have never even seen as the 2000+ year old text commands us to do what it says ritualistically. Yeah I gotta say Xmas is much "weirder" than Halloween will ever be.

To the OP, find Glenn Danzig's house in Los Feliz, now THAT'S a real haunted house!
