Racial discrimination against who? Blacks, Whites, Hispanics, Asians? Middle Easterners?

It goes all ways.

What have you read?

Racism is worse in the mostly white northern areas. In the south everybody uses manners and mostly get along fine. Schools and workplace are heavily integrated unlike the all white segregated cities of the north. Get your facts straight. In the south blacks and whites have lived together for generations and mostly always friendly to each other. Judge a man by their character not their skin. The most racism I've ever experienced was in Seattle wa.

Umm no. While yes lots of people in the South have manners, not everyone does, either. There's class and trash in both the North and South. And having manners does not equal not racist.
