Well, Nic Hunter is going to be the Mayor of Lake Charles. So for the next four years, he will be leading the city. I hope he makes us proud.

I do too, he's a relatively young guy having graduated high school in 2002 so he's in his mid 30s and truth be told it was probably time for some young blood in the office. I just hope that he follows through w/ his vision and does not give into old money's demands.

I'm not sure he won't. Those are progressive policies. Not to say he can't be progressive but they are usually Democrat or Independent.
What was his platform?

Vast majority of them are corrupt and out for themselves. Just like Edwards. Buuuuuuuuuuut, progressives are way more likely to be Democrats. Justice Democrats is a thing now.
