It'd be nice for Louisville to have one more decently-sized and well designed skyscraper that isn't clustered near Aegon and PNC.

I initially really liked the Museum Plaza idea, but the more I looked at it, the more I thought it was ugly.

Something uniquely Louisvillian or Kentuckian would be nice... perhaps a Bourbon Tower? Equestrian Center?

This is a little off topic, but I've seen and read about the Aegon tower for many years and have either never heard it spoken or have not been paying attention. Can somebody help me out on the pronunciation?

I think it's EE-gon. I've heard people say AY-gon, but I think the ae (and oe) dipthongs are usually pronounced like a long e.

You may not have to pronounce it for much longer. Aegon already consolidated most of its operations out of Louisville a few months ago, and I've heard that they will be leaving altogether soon. I don't know what the future of the building is, but I'd guess a new name will be involved.
