Advertisements

As it's dark and very cold, lately, I find the TV on longer and later.
One thing I've noticed since moving here is, out of all the places IVe ever lived, the Louisville area has the best local TV ads of all! Some of these lawyer and used car dealer ads are hilarious! Anytime a Little John ad comes on, it is usually better than whatever is on the TV. I love bad TV and these ads are right up there with the best of bad TV!
Thank you lawyer/KIA girl/used car dealer or Little John ad people! Thanks for giving us something to make TV worth watching

Oh my yes. Little John is something else, for sure. I'm not sure how much I would trust him, but you've got to love the horrible commercials, haha

Yep, I miss those Frank Farris commercials for Ginney's. His sidekick midget was funny!

Default Local ads

OK, I'll let you say Little John is funny. I love the ad with the guys dressed like the Village People. But the Chicago area has the best local commercials!

not so sure. i live in chicago now (have for the last two years), and they have better production quality on the locally produced commercials. imo, the Ville has the low budget cheesy factor going for it.
