I think Bradley is a hidden gym. It is located SE of U of L, bounded by Eastern Parkway on the North, and Preston Highway on the East.

It has a HIGHER college education rate than Jefferson County overall (24.8% in 2000), and has many nice, brick middle class houses from the 1930s.

I couldn't tell you the names of most of Louisville neighborhoods but I think the Dixie area is (or at least used to be) seen as a redneck area and for the most part isn't true (though there's much nothing with rednecks though I prefer good ol' boys 'n girls....)

Actually Jefferson Co is more like 28% college degrees now, with it expected to rise in the low 30's by the next census.
