I don't know where to go with this really, it's more of a brainstorming thread than anything. I'd just like to get some input from locals. I'm from Warner Robins originally but due to work I've been overseas for far too long and have "lost touch" with the heart pulse of Macon.
I'm returning back home in a few months and am looking to invest anywhere from 100k to 200k but am unsure if I should attempt my own business or look for an already looking business that could use a cash influx through an investor.
So I guess my question to you would be, what do you see happening locally? Any new businesses popping up that are looking for more investors? Perhaps you see a void that needs to be filled?
It'd be easier for me to be back and start, but I always like getting some peoples opinions and insights beforehand.
