Grandview Commons Condos (homes, college, home inspector)

I am currently looking for a 2 bedroom condo on the East side of town, I cam across the Grandview Commons condos that sounded nice and at a reasonable price. A bit on the small side but it is just my wife and I, both just out of college.


I found mixed reviews on Veridian built homes but not much on this condo complex specifically. Any input on quality? Any community known knowledge that could be shared?

Community knowledge is that there will be a library and new grocery store built in this development, with the store slated for summer opening of 2011. Some home owners were upset these structures will obstruct their view, but they should have known the specific land was zoned for commercial use.

I can't answer to specific condo's as there are several. Get a good realtor and home inspector if putting in an offer.
