Taken yesterday. I'm sure you know whats in those pots.

Some are flowering and 2 have a pepper growing already. Started seeds mid March.

I know that's the usual date given but things seem to have changed - first frost used to be in Sept. last year i didn't get one until October

We had Summer weather here for a week. Been above normal for 2 weeks. Everything grew so fast.

In fact, check out how fast with my comparisons. River. Parkway. My Roof. Another River.

Don't think you're done with frost... I am. Its tough to get into the 30s here now.

Looks like a cold airmass is coming this weekend. "some" areas might actually see a freeze. Frost is likely. One model shows this for temps Sat morning. Sun morning cold as well.

Thanks for the info, Cambium- and the amazing pictures- we had sudden warmth too but not as dramatic as you. I will restrain my impatience and not put out the seedlings.

No problem. I'll update the Maine Weather thread as we get closer.

Since I know you like peppers, here's something to look forward. Just took these. I post photos of my garden couple times a week in this thread.

It's the earliest I've had pods. Usually in June. So I'll have to be careful of any cold coming.
