I've seen snow by Halloween in CT before, years ago as a kid trick-or-treating. Here lately in the 4 years we've been in Maine we've only seen snow before Thanksgiving once, and then it was melted by the next day. A few flurries is normal, but hubby plows, and normally late December through March/April is their busiest.

OK, before somebody else brings it up again. Here is a screenshot of the forecast for this area tonight. It will not stay though.

Did you get it? I was outside a few minutes ago. After 9 am and I can still see my breath.

Nope, nothing even in the air last night (with a puppy in the house, I see plenty of time outside every night ), and just drizzling rain this morning.

we got rain---of course.....the bad news is the 9 year olds soccer cleats were still on the back deck from getting soaked at yesterday's game.....yup ......they'll dry, in a couple of days! lol

I love the cold nights nice to put something in the oven to bake. Makes the house toasty and smells nice.
