Advice on Greenwood, ME (crime, vacation home, live)

Just wondering if anyone has any info on Greenwood Maine. We are looking at vacation homes in the area and are interested in this town. We are wondering about safety, friendliness of locals, and overall community feeling. Any advice would be appreciated!

I've never lived there, but I have visited. I loved it. It's one of my favorite towns in main. Locals are exceedingly friendly. No dangerous crime to speak of.
