IMO the hard shell lobster are the best - I only eat lobster in May and June. I just prefer the texture and flavor of the hard shelled. I am happy with one good feed a year. I like it but I'm not crazy about it. Weathervane has a special on Thursdays and the one in Belfast is great because you can it it outside on the deck.. I think that last year when we did that it was $19.95 for 2 lobsters. I am happy other times with steamers.

There is no reason to torture the lobster in this way. All animals should be killed humanely before cooking.
